If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to provide a clear and fair process.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return of your Persian Rug Carpet under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The rug is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or bespoke Persian Rug Carpet orders

  • Rugs that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Process

Returns must not be sent without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

  • Persian Rug Carpets is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Refunds

Once your returned Persian Rug Carpet is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Persian Rug Carpet arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. For other cases, we recommend returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

International Orders

As we serve customers globally, return shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. Any customs duties or import taxes associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
